No, there is no garage in this apartment. You need to park the car on the public parking before the building.

The beach starts at 50 m on your right hand when you leave the building.
Is there a sand beach?
Yes, the beach with sand is on 200m on the right hand. The beach on 50m is with small stones
Is there a garden?
The appartement is on the 11the floor, there is no garden.

Where to go with the domestic waste of the apartment?
Every day in the night the waste is collected in Almunecar. In the evening a big rubish bin on wheels is standing on the street in front of the building. During the day this big rubish container stans next to the apartment building (outsite).
